This is South Africa's signature variety. Created in 1925 it's a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. Upfront plum and raspberry fruit flavours with some fruitcake, violets and toffee. An ideal red for the warmer months.

A medium to full bodied Pinotage with a medium red colour. A complex Pinotage with cherry and red berry flavours well integrated with the oak flavour. A balanced wine that will age in the bottle for at least 3 - 5 years but that can also be enjoyed now.
