The parcels were picked and processed within 2 hours to ensure that the vibrancy and freshness of the fruit was retained. Free run and pressing fractions were separated. All the parcels were fermented using natural yeasts only and lees stirring was carried out until bottling. No Sulphur was used in the harvesting and winemaking process.

Pikes Vintners is an iconic family owned and operated winery set amongst the hills and valleys of South Australias beautiful Clare Valley. Winemaker's Comments: From the Acrobat Riesling vineyard a small but intensive crop is grown each year. As i picked these grapes at their optimal ripeness, I knew i had captured the generous tropical flavours with the delicate character of lemon blossom that so typify this wonderful variety. This wine is ready to drink now and will also age beautifully for twenty years and more.
