This engine immobiliser is made to and has passed the latest 2001 Australian and New Zealand Standards AS/NZS 4601:1999 Vehicle Immobilisers. Once installed and armed, any attempt to hot wire your car will be unsuccessful. The indicators will flash and the horn or siren (optional) will sound for 30 seconds. System will then reset. System will alarm up to three times if attempts continue from any one tamper source.
