OK, so I am one of the many people that wants to preserve there iPod touch scratch free. That said I had been waiting for a good case, and boy did I have to wait for a case to be made for 2nd gen! Not only is this case a great value you actually get 2 cases for about $5.00 more than the price of 1 case but, you also get 2 static screen protector which I didn't know that it did and was going to buy the one for $15. It's a perfect fit to the iPod, no concerns with the ipod popping out of the case....
