Hi Kylie, it's hard to say which style suits her the best, there are too many dresses, if you could please let her to pick some her favorite styles first to narrow the range, then I might give some suggestions along those dresses, however, she has heavy bustline,so avoid those dresses with a high waist line as it will make it appear bigger.
