No, there are manufacturers that sell small velcro pouches to hold the sensor. I have one I use with my favorite pair of Asics. I just velcro the strap through the laces. I actually prefer this to using it in the insole because I don't have to disassemble the shoe after each run to turn off the sensor. …More

If you have never owned an ipod, are techno-illiterate, don't know how to use itunes... This book probably walks you through the VERY basics. I'm not knocking it, beginners start here. But if you've been using your ipod for a while, known what's up with itunes, or have even seen another MP3 player, stay away. The book is what it is; large type, few words to a page, as many photo's as possible to walk you through the most mundane of tasks. I really can't imagine many people getting use out of this...
