Cat Bowls and Feeders Buying Guide

Contents[Hide]
If you have a cat or are considering getting a cat, you will undoubtedly need some form of a container to feed it from. In the world of pet products in recent years, there have been many improvements, and your pet now has many many options for everything from pet toys  to pet bedding to pet food  and the bowls from which they eat it. Some of these feeding devices are high-tech, some ornate, some basic. It really depends on you, your pet, your budget, and what you need from it.

Different Types Of Cat Bowls

Classic dishes  are your basic bowls--like for humans--but for cats and shaped appropriately. Some of these can be very colourful, and even can be customised for your pet. These bowls generally require a set of two: one for food and one for water.

A combo platter  is for both food and water, eliminating the need to have a second bowl for water. These bowls can also be very colourful, and are generally seen as quite handy. They are available in many different materials.

A fountain  offers kitty fresh water whenever it is required, which gives you the peace of mind knowing that your pet has clean drinking water whenever it needs.

An auto sensor  can lift its lid for your pet, removing the fear of unsanitary conditions for your animal. This works well for wet food because it keeps it from warming and smelling, and keeps dry food from becoming stale. Great if your cat is older.

Pet food dispensers  are great for keeping your pet's food fresh, untainted, and readily available. They are also great if you travel, because your pet will have food readily available at the touch of a paw.
