Egg Coddlers Buying Guide
The "do-it-yourself" method of coddled eggs involves tossing raw eggs 
into a pot of boiling water for one minute. Coddled eggs, when done incorrectly, can be a watery mess. So for those recipes that require a few eggs to be coddled, an egg coddler might actually be a good investment on your part. It properly cooks eggs to the point where they are delicious, won't give you salmonella, and works well with recipes. There are many different types of egg coddlers available, like ceramic egg coddlers, glass egg coddlers, even glazed metal egg coddlers. Coddlers allow you to add whatever ingredients you want directly into the coddler, place the coddler in boiling water, cook it, and then, if you feel like it, eat the eggs from the coddler to avoid a yolky river on your plate. There are many different designs for coddlers, and you can pick one to somewhat match your dining plates, or just pick a fun design that makes you happy. Whatever floats your boat.
