Check out our all new hand-made-in-the-USA slip-on exhaust system for the 2006 Yamaha R6. The exhaust sounds great and is not to loud despite removing the stock exhaust canister. This is because a majority of the sound damping is handled by the muffler under the bike not the exhaust canister on the side of the bike.
